Looking for a healthy snack on the go. Try our wholesome Seeds & Grains Muesli Bars.
Pack with fruit, nuts and seeds!!! You can’t go wrong.

Preparation Time:1 minutes

Proofing and Resting Time: None

Baking Time: 25 minutes

Outcome: 20 pieces (cut 3x10 cm)

 

 

Tools needed: Mixer including bowl, kitchen scale, baking tray 60x10 cm.

Ingredients and Method

Ingredients

  • 300 g Seeds & Grains
  • 50 g Cane sugar syrup
  • 125 g Almonds, nibbed/chopped
  • 125 g Cranberries
  • 38 g Hazelnuts, whole
  • 38 g Pumpkin seeds
  • 5 g Salt
  • 100 g Cane sugar brown
  • 100 ml Water, approx.

Method

  1. Mix all ingredients, except cane syrup and water, well by hand. Add the cane sugar syrup and water and mix for a maximum of one minute on a medium speed.
  2. Spread the batter onto a baking tray lined with baking paper.
  3. The oven should have a temperature of 180°C when you put the muesli bars in
  4. Bake the muesli bars for 25 - 30 minutes.
