Baking Time: 10 minutes
Outcome: 27 pieces
Tools needed: Mixer including bowl, Kitchen scale, Baking sheet, Baking tray.
Ingredients and Method
Ingredients
- 125 g Rex Milano
- 375 g Wheat flour (Type 550)
- 250 g Sugar
- 275 g Butter
- 75 g Whole egg
- 10 g Baking powder
Method
- Mix all Ingredients together in mixing bowl for 3-4 minutes slow.
- Place into a fridge and leave overnight or for at least 6-8 hours.
- Scale the dough into 40 g pieces. Mould into balls and gently press the tops of the dough flat.
- The oven should have a temperature of 180° C – 190° C when you put the cookies in.
- Bake the cookies for 10 - 15 minutes.
