Plant Based Vegan Cake Mix – American-Style Cookies

Tools needed: Mixer including bowl, Kitchen scale, baking tray
Ingredients and Method
Ingredients
- 1000 g Plant based vegan cake mix
- 350 g Vegan margarine
- 300 g Brown sugar
- 100 ml Water
- 300 g Cranberries
Method
- Mix all Ingredients except from the cranberries, for 3 minutes slow.
- Once mixed, carefully stir in the cranberries.
- On a lined baking tray, scan the cookie dough into 45 g.
- The oven should have a temperature of 180-190°C.
- Bake for 10-15 minutes.
