Tools needed: Mixer including bowl, Kitchen scale, baking tray
Ingredients and Method
Ingredients 1000 g Plant based vegan cake mix 350 g Vegan margarine 300 g Brown sugar 100 ml Water 300 g Cranberries Method Mix all Ingredients except from the cranberries, for 3 minutes slow. Once mixed, carefully stir in the cranberries. On a lined baking tray, scan the cookie dough into 45 g. The oven should have a temperature of 180-190°C. Bake for 10-15 minutes.
