Ingredients and Method
Ingredients 600 g Ireks Seeds & Grains 250 g Sliced Almonds 250 g Cranberries 75 g Whole Hazelnuts 75 g Pumpkin seeds 200 g Cane sugar, brown 100 g Cane sugar syrup 200 ml Water Method Mix all ingredients except Water and Cane Sugar Syrup until well cobmined. Mix the Water and Cane Sugar together and then pour into the dry ingredients. Mix together for a maximum of 1 minute Pour the mix onto a lined baking tray. The oven should have a temperature of 165° C when you put the baking tray in. Bake for 23 minutes until nice and golden brown.
