Golden Muffin Mix - Cookies

Baking Time: 12 minutes
Outcome: 15 cookies
Tools needed: Mixer including bowl, kitchen scale and baking tray
Ingredients and Method
Ingredients
- 350 g Golden Muffin Mix
- 150 g Wheat flour (Type 1050)
- 180 g Unsalted butter
- 25 g Brown sugar
- 50 g Whole eggs
- 3 g Baking powder
- 3 g Baking soda
- 250 g Dark chocolate chips or coins
- 3 g Salt
- 40 ml Water
Method
- Mix all Ingredients together in mixing bowl, except chocolate chips or coins, for 2 minutes slow and 3 minutes fast.
- Add dark chocolate chips or coins and mix for around 1 minute on a medium speed.
- Scale the dough into 70 g pieces. Mould into ball and gently press the tops of the dough flat.
- Bake at 170°C for approx. 12-15 minutes.
