Baking Time: 18 - 23 minutes

Outcome: 3 Sponges

 

Tools needed: Mixer including bowl and whisk, kitchen scale, 8-inch ring

Ingredients and Method

Ingredients

  • 500 g Gluten Free Sponge Cake Mix
  • 400 g Eggs
  • 50 ml Water, approx.

Method

  1. Beat all the ingredients with a whisk for 6 - 8 minutes
  2. Scale into 300 g for an 8-inch ring
  3. The oven should have a temperature of 160° - 170°C when you put the sponge in
  4. Bake for 18 - 23 minutes for 8-inch rings
