Tools needed: Mixer including bowl and whisk, kitchen scale, 8-inch ring
Ingredients and Method
Ingredients
- 500 g Gluten Free Sponge Cake Mix
- 400 g Eggs
- 50 ml Water, approx.
Method
- Beat all the ingredients with a whisk for 6 - 8 minutes
- Scale into 300 g for an 8-inch ring
- The oven should have a temperature of 160° - 170°C when you put the sponge in
- Bake for 18 - 23 minutes for 8-inch rings
