Proofing and Resting Time: None

Baking Time: 23 minutes

Outcome: 15 Muffins

 

Tools needed: Mixer including bowl, Kitchen scale, Muffin Cups

Ingredients and Method

Ingredients

  • 500 g Gluten Free Muffin
  • 250 g Eggs
  • 175 g Vegetable oil
  • 75 ml Water

Method

  1. Mix all Ingredients together into a smooth batter for 3-4 minutes on a medium speed
  2. Pour the batter into muffins cups
  3. Place the muffins cups onto a baking tray
  4. The oven should have a temperature of 150°C - 165°C when you put the tray in
  5. Bake for approx. 23 minutes
  6. General hint: Various kinds of muffins can be created by adding chocolate chips, dried or frozen berries, raisins, walnuts or cocoa-powder to the batter and/or sprinkle on top
