Gluten Free Muffin Mix - Cookies

Baking Time: 10 minutes
Outcome: 15 cookies
Tools needed: Mixer including bowl, kitchen scale, piping bag and baking tray
Ingredients and Method
Ingredients
- 250 g Gluten Free Muffin Mix
- 75 g Potato starch
- 140 g Butter/ Margarine
- 65 g Whole eggs
- 5 g Dreidoppel vanille aroma
Method
- Mix all Ingredients together in mixing bowl for 3-5 minutes on a medium speed.
- Pour the mix into a piping bag.
- Pipe the mix onto a greased baking tray, around 4-5 cm in diameter.
- Bake at 190°C - 200°C for approx. 10-12 minutes.
