Gluten Free Brownie Mix – Walnut Brownies

Baking Time: Approx. 22 minutes
Outcome: 1 trays
Tools needed: Mixer including bowl, Kitchen, Baking Tray
Ingredients and Method
Ingredients
- 500 g Gluten Free Brownie
- 40 g Eggs
- 80 g Vegetable oil
- 75 g Walnuts, broken
- 95 ml Water
Method
- Mix all Ingredients, except walnuts, together into a smooth batter on a medium speed for 3 minutes
- Once the batter is mixed, fold in the walnuts
- Pour the batter onto a baking tray and level out with a spatula
- The oven should have a temperature of 150°C - 165°C when you put the tray in
- Bake for 22 minutes
- After cooling, cover with chocolate icing or other decorations you desire
