Ingredients and Method
Ingredients 500 g Gluten Free Brownie 40 g Eggs 80 g Vegetable oil 75 g Walnuts, broken 95 ml Water Method Mix all Ingredients, except walnuts, together into a smooth batter on a medium speed for 3 minutes Once the batter is mixed, fold in the walnuts Pour the batter onto a baking tray and level out with a spatula The oven should have a temperature of 150°C - 165°C when you put the tray in Bake for 22 minutes After cooling, cover with chocolate icing or other decorations you desire
