Ingredients and Method
Ingredients
- Lavender Layer
- 200 g Fond Royal Neutral
- 250 g Water
- 1000 g Whipped Cream
- 50 g Lavender Paste – Dreidoppel
- Vanilla Layer
- 200 g Fond Royal Neutral
- 250 g Water
- 1000 g Whipped Cream
- 50 g Vanilla Paste – Dreidoppel
- Sponge
- 2 Layers Vanilla Sponge Cake
Method
- Lavender Layer: In a mixing bowl combine fond royal neutral with water and mix well.
- Add the lavender paste and mix until we combined.
- Fold the whip cream into the mix.
- Spread the mix over 1 layer of your vanilla sponge layers.
- Add the second vanilla sponge layer on top.
- Vanilla Layer: In a mixing bowl combine fond royal neutral with water and mix well.
- Add the vanilla paste and mix until we combined.
- Fold the whip cream into the mix
- Spead the mix over the second vanilla sponge layer.
- Allow to cool, glaze with a cold glaze and mix lavender paste for a marble effect.
