Cake Mix 100%: Just mix 100% of Golden Muffin Cake Mix with Vegetable Oil, Eggs and Water. Our Golden Muffin Cake Mix is specially formulated for easy preparation and can soon be in everybody’s mouth.
Tools needed: Mixer including bowl, kitchen scale, muffin cups
Ingredients
250 g Golden Muffin Mix
88 g Whole eggs
75 g Vegetable oil
57 ml Water
Method
Mix all Ingredients together into a smooth batter for 3-5 minutes on a medium speed.
Pour the batter into muffins cups.
Place the muffins cups onto a baking tray.
The oven should have a temperature of 170°C - 180°C when you put the tray in.
Bake for approx. 12-15 minutes.
General hint: Various kinds of muffins can be created by adding chocolate chips, dried or frozen berries, raisins, walnuts or cocoa-powder to the batter and/or sprinkle on top.
