Tools needed: Mixer including bowl, kitchen scale, Waffle iron
Ingredients and Method
Ingredients 170 g Gluten free Muffin mix 90 g Gluten free Bread mix 150 g Milk 80 g Egg 50 g Oil 60 ml Water Method Mix all the ingredients for 3 minutes on a medium speed. Preheat the waffle iron to 180°C Brush vegetable oil onto the waffle iron and pour 50 g of the batter. Cook for approx. 3-4 minutes. Once golden brown, remove from the waffle iron and allow to cool.
