A firm clear glazing gel with a light yelow colour which is excellent for coating fruits, stays transparent and have a long lasting shine.
Mix together 1000g of gel with 500-600grams of water to a smooth consistency and bring briefly to boil. Apply by using a brush or spraying maschine. Ideal working temperature is 85-90 degrees celcius
